an antioxidant itself, while also helping to recycle vitamins
C and E (as well as glutathione), which enhances all of their
antioxidant properties. ALA has also been shown to help prevent

compound is a nutrient-containing plant sterol (a substance
related to fats) that decreases the absorption of cholesterol
in the intestines.
Biotin: - This vitamin promotes
normal health of sweat glands, nerve tissue, bone marrow,
male sex glands, blood cells, skin, and hair. It also helps

oil is high in activated omega-6 essential fatty acid precursors,
and therefore helps control the body's inflammatory responses.
Borage Oil: - This oil is
also high in activated omega-6 essential fatty acid precursors,
and therefore helps control the body's inflammatory responses.
Bovine Cartilage: - Cartilage
provides natural sulfates like chondroitin and collagen to
help protect existing joint tissue while also facilitating
